In a slight twist from an earlier topic, what are your favorite blogs to read?  Why is it your favorite (is it funny, news-worthy, informative)?

My list:

Luna Pier Cook - I especially love his restaurant reviews.  He's given me some good ideas of new places for me to try.  I was really excited when he said his favorite elephant ear place was my favorite elephant ear place, too!

BeowulfGirl - she's had an interesting life and has a humorous way of relating anecdotes.  My personal favorite story is when her friend stole a celebrity's mailbox.

Go Fug Yourself - a hilarious and scathing take on celebrity fashion - or the lack thereof.

Lunch in a Box - she makes bento-style lunches for herself and her pre-schooler.  It's full of tips on lunch ideas, food safety, packing tips, etc.  It's also gorgeous.  Her pre-schooler seems to be an adventurous eater, so it gives me hope I can try some new things with my son, too.  While I don't go as fancy as she goes, it has given me some good tips and I've been able to pack healthier and more efficiently thanks to her tips.

I just have not been able to embrace blogs!  This is not directed toward any bloggers on this list (because I probably haven't read anything you wrote), but I find so many bloggers with poor writing skills.  I like to read well written materials, even if that demotes me from books to a select few magazines these days because of time constraints.

The one blog I do read kinda regularly is Chewing the Fat.
