Songs for the New World at RRCA

This powerhouse cast, supported by an exquisitely crafted score, takes us on a journey of hope, fear, dreams, and a vivid expression of the human heart.

Songs For A New World is about those moments in life when everything seems perfect and then suddenly disaster strikes, in the form of the loss of a job, an unexpected pregnancy, the death of a loved one, the end of a marriage or imprisonment. But it's even more about surviving those moments.

The shows are at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 15 and 7:30 p.m. Feb. 16 at River Raisin Centre for the Arts, 114 S. Monroe St.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $22 for seniors, $15 for students.
