Monroe International Friendship Association

The Monroe International Friendship Association meets at 7 p.m. third Mondays at Monroe City Hall, 120 E. First St. There are no meetings in December. This group coordinates the summer high school student exchange between Monroe County and the city of Hofu, Japan. The club officers can be contacted at P.O.
