Health Check at Monroe County Community College

The United Way of Monroe County Health Check will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday Oct. 21 at Monroe County Community College.

A variety of blood tests and take-home medical tests will be available ranging in price from $5 to $25. Mercy Memorial Hospital System departments represented will include nutrition counseling, pharmacy and massage therapy.

There will also be information booths from Monroe County Legal Services, Monroe County Library System, Monroe County Opportunity Program and Monroe Center Cancer Connection.

The flu and pneumonia shots that were originally advertised will not be available at this event.

The event partners include United Way of Monroe County, Mercy Memorial Hospital, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, Family Medical Center and Monroe County Health Department.
