I would have liked to see a little transitional development, going from Commercial, to Proffessional would be less impact on the neighbors.
I know there is a drive trough at Bank America, but not as busy as TB will be.
I know it is about timing, but good planning trumps poor timing.
I am glad to see a Taco Bell though, it's about time.

Those people who built/bought that house east of Taco Bell should have known what they were getting into....I have no doubt in my mind they were told the property next to them was commercial...and near such a busy intersection. Do not defend them it was there own decision.

I am not feeling sorry for them, I am pointing out that a policy of transitional zoning is good planning.

Transitional zoning is a great solution. However, that said, just about every major corner in Bedford Township had proposed transitional zoning and every time NIMBY people got in the way.

Absolutely none. I noticed I didn't have an Avatar on this forum, and it was the only picture I had on my desktop at the time. I tend to change avatars a lot though, so it won't be around long.

Yes it is open, I patronized it last night. Friendly college-age workers and good food, not healthy, but tasty and economical.

I think Buddies sold on the corner, I hope White Castles moves in
I may have heard wrongly, but I thought Rite-Aid was going to build there to move closer to Walgreens.

Pipline Oil (buddy's mini mart) doesn't own the building, the former mgr, Barb owns the property and building, leased it to buddy's.... I think Rite aid is the goal, but that would just leave another empty building in Bedford, do we really need that?
