Does anybody know when Taco Bell is opening? I'm guessing pretty soon, you can see the tables and chairs in there Smiley

McDonald's is beginning to piss me off...it was bad enough when they would ask you if you wanted to try one of those wretched lattes (with a recorded message no less) but now they're asking you if you want one of those God awful pies after you order.  Guys...this process will go much more smoothly if let me tell you what I want rather than force me to tell you want I don't want.  I know you have lattes...I know you have pies...I know you have cookies...burgers...salads and chicken sammiches.  How do I know this?  YOU HAVE THE MENU NEXT TO MY CAR....I CAN READ IT!!

If they start pulling that crapola at Taco Bell....I'm out.

While it might upset you Phil, it's called a suggestive sale, and it works greatly to increase sales.

Phil, your post honestly made me lol.   Cheesy  It is annoying, but I'm sure there are ppl out there that say "oh, sure" and they sell some of those things by suggesting it.

MOST FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS ALREADY HAVE CRAPOLA ON THE MENU, THE QUESTION IS DO YOU WANT IT SUPERSIZED?

Hey can someone answer me this?
What is the difference between  a Taco Bell coming to Bedford or
a Walmarts.  The new Taco Bell is just a few hundred feet from residential
homes.
I think Buddies sold on the corner, I hope White Castles moves in

McDonalds...they have employee meetings, they are told what to say/ask....a manager is listening, it works, it makes millions. Taco Bell...next time you go to a drive up window take note...the person/persons waiting on you...they have plastic gloves on, the same person can make your food, handle money, handle a number of things...why the gloves?Huh  Fast food...you get what you get. The difference between a little Taco Bell & a big box store??? No brainer. And which came first the commercial land or residential ? Well that's easy...we wouldn't have half the houses we have in the township if 1 was not converted to the other....and BN2K....you still sound so bitter.

Focus08

Last year my Granddaughter and I were at a Taco bell, she loves it and the boy that took our money started to make our food without washing or gloves.  I immediately ask him to wash up and use gloves and he said,

we are out of soap and gloves...sorry...

I said, may we please have our money back which he did...and left...he was the only person in there at the time too.

come on KG your smarter than that.  That corner was commerical before that house to the east of Taco HELL was built. Just because the bank sold the land, the new developer condoized that area and took down the woods and maxed on his investment.  ie. if you build/buy a house next to wood/empty lot something is coming next to you unless you own it.

FYI
the same developer that owns the land that Taco, bank america, walgreen, bought lifesytles building and brougt us an auto parts store.

I think I misunderstood you. I thought you were defending the home owner when it was obviously a commercial corner/area.
