Typed-in emoticons no longer work.  For instance, typing a colon and an end bracket no longer produces a funny face.  It simply doesn't show up at all.

machinehead2002, regarding your statement about upload size, try opening what you want to upload, then print it to the computer. Normally the new file will be much smaller than the original. In some case as much as 10 times smaller. I am not saying they should not make it larger but at least it is a solution for you for the moment.

Can you add a photo in a message that you post?  If so, what are the steps to add a photo?

2 items...

1.  Could you please answer Bedford News question.  I've been waiting for a long time for the answer.  I'd like to know how to do that also.

2.  Servers seem to be really slow for the last few days.  Are you guys adding/deleting equipment?

Hello Everyone,

We will be disabling the forum at 12 pm today 1/28/2013, to start the process of a server transition.

We are updating the DNS and can take up to 48 change over, you may see it much sooner than that.

Thank you,

Bedford Now Admin

The Spell Check feature is not working, and has not worked for days.
When accessed, it brings up a blank page instead fo the post that needs
to be checked.

Mine works, Sig.  Make sure you don't have any script filters activated.

I'm using Google Chrome and the spell checker doesn't work for me either.
It doesn't work on Monroe Talks either.
Hasn't worked since moving to new platform

always delete cookies, temp files and cache but it still doesn't work.
There is a problem with the host when stuff like this doesn't work.
They made the change to their system and didn't do it right.

Your coverage of local events around the community and the school is always greatly appreciated.

In thursday's article on the Bedford wrestling program (see link to article) you note that:

LInk to Bedfordnow
http://www.bedfordnow.com/news/2013/feb/14/bedford-puts-its-sunday-best-regional/

"Bedford moves on to the Division 1 quarterfinals in Battle Creek, where it hopes to capture its first state championship since 1991".

On the Bedford Wrestling Site (see link below)

Link To Bedford Wrestling
http://bedfordwrestling.com/the-history-of-bedford-wrestling/state-championship-teams/

Three state championship teams are noted since 1991:  1992, 1999, and 2001.

Can you please account for the difference?

Thank you

Dear Administrator,

If you have followed the "SCHOOL BUS"  thread on this site, you can see that there is confusion (between presumably credible sources) regarding what a driver is required to do on a five lane highway with a center turn lane, when he is traveling in the opposite direction of a stopped school bus.  In addition, there maybe a difference between what is required in Ohio and Michigan.  This makes travel on Lewis Avenue even more confusing.

As a followup to your article on the township school bus survey on illegal passes, it appears that the newpaper could perform a real community service with an investigative report that clears up the five lane highway issue.

Please give this some consideration.

Thanks
