Buzz, I do not care about your rides. Even the third one. I would venture to say that I make much more money than you ever made, but that does not really mean anything to anyone other than me and my family. It is interesting to note that you believe you know more than I do. Was that from Fox news?
BTW, I generally sleep very well at night. One reason is because I really do not believe that any single election will really have any major impact on my life. I have my opinions, just like you do.Let's agree to disagree. That is what is great about America. But I do expect that every American will respect the office of the Presidency and that our President has the best interests of all Americans in mind. If you would rather spend your time and energy blaming everything on Obama, have it your way. I am sure it will make a real difference.

The proof of what kind of leader he is will show up in the next 2 years.  The republicans would be smart to just shut up and let him roll out his socialist programs.  Otherwise they will be blamed for his failures and we'll have Bill Clinton again.  Not that he was all bad compared to the socialist we have now.

Nikki, Back on topic.

What a great victory for Michigan Saturday. How the heck did they pull that one out? No doubt every Michigan fan was upset and disappointed, somewhat drunk and angry, quiet and resigned to defeat. But they somehow pulled it off. No Big Ten title for these guys, but it should be a great game in Columbus. How many times has Michigan ruined OSU's season? Let's hope that this is another. (If Wisconsin does not beat them to the punch, which they surely will).

Johnny D  - you plagiarized, at least cite your sources lest others on this board are mislead into thinking you are some type of journalistic genius.

Nickki -  You would do well to be my FB friend and you are welcome anytime. Many good friends and associates and even childhood friends of mine go back and forth all the time on FB in total disagreement. We have fun and give each other some room.

My favorite quote I've heard in the post election comes from Peter Schiff. 
"An election is an advanced auction on the sale of stolen goods."

So in follow up to my "death of a democracy" post listen to this quick video. In the first 60 seconds he tells you what today's democracy is in a nutshell. It's worth a listen.

let's not forget that most countries do not allow the freedoms
we take for granted. All our Vets served to maintain these
